Today was a great work out but it was not what I had planned on. I had planned on getting 14, 15 miles today that did not work. I ran 1 mile had to stop because of stomach issues, then ran 8.7 miles and had to stop again. I felt really great on today's 13.2 mile run. Thanks to my p @altrarunning provisions. They felt great.
