Super stoked. I’ve recently started adding speed workouts to my running routine. 2 weeks ago I ran 5.7 miles at a 6.49 min mile. Last week I ran the same rout at a 6.41 min mile and today I ran it at a 6.38 min mile. Missing the trail this morning. Sometimes I really miss being a backpacking Guide and other times I’m so glad I’m out of that game. Maybe on different terms it would’ve been more enjoyable.
