#getting better

As somebody who Went To Therapy and Got Better, one of the things that eventually happens is you get all your Shit labeled. You figure out which Shit is Your Shit, so that when Life throws Shit at you, you can go “wait is this Shit that I already know how to deal with? Can some of the ways I dealt with that Shit apply to this Shit?” And the answer will occasionally be yes! Because this New Shit is just like Your Shit and by Jove you figured that out so why not this? And that part?
