"Success is small efforts repeated until it becomes a habit" I've always struggled body image and confidence, more in my younger years. In 2017 is when I noticed that if I continued on my path of self hate, starving, and bingeing I probably would never be healthy. 2018 I started to work out a bit, but not really change my diet or had that much confidence of any sort in myself. In 2019 I started gaining more self confidence about myself and the way I look, I started to eat more healthier and have been exercising. In 2020 is where I noticed that with my hard work I was getting somewhere I just had to keep working at it. Now in 2021, 5 years later my 2017 me would be so proud of myself.
