The whole goal of the trip to Albuquerque in early October was to see these balloons fly. 🎈🎈🎈As simple as it looks, it's really captivating to see them take off. Big numbers of hot air balloons in all colors and shapes dominanted the Albuquerque skyline for a few hours. Honestly, waking up at 4am to go see it happen was totally worth it. It reminded me how sometimes you need to see new things to change your perspective about the life you're already living and the things you're already doing. What it reminded me was my spirit of adventure is still alive and well. Despite a mild fear of heights, I want to ride one of these balloons someday. This cereal's been out a long time, but I was late to the game! I regret not eating it sooner because it delivers.🤾 It was like someone mixed Reese's peanut butter cups with shredded wheat, but couldn't afford the product license. I could eat this everyday, but I would have said the same about normal shredded wheat. If you prefer the texture of *frosted* shredded wheat, this might underwhelm you. My dad ate the non-frosted kind when I was a kid so I would get some every now and again. Apparently the taste never left me. @wincofoods is selling it for $2 right now so I took a chance and don't regret the choice. I would give this cereal four stars on the "Freak Eating Scale of Deliciousness." The 50 Alarm Burger from @slaters5050 is no laughing matter. It contains ghost pepper cheese, ghost pepper dusting on the beef, ghost pepper sauce habanero jam, roasted jalapenos, and a roasted habanero on top. Good thing @liamslunchbox and I weren't afraid of ghosts when we reviewed this burger a couple weeks ago. The chili fries were also delicious. The use of turkey in the chili was surprising. I have stopped by the @donutmanca countless times, but this Summer was the first time I got a whole dozen. The preassorted dozen costs $12 and includes a particular mix of their classics. No substitutions! While I'm not a huge fan of maple donuts, I am a huge fan of tiger tails, chocolate, sugar twists and crumb donuts. This was a good choice. Sadly, the black coffee wasn't very sharp that day. The place is still "cash only" so bring your dollars if you want their donuts.
