𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞- I deleted my @baggioburger post from this morning. Why? Because I just cooked a double Topolino and I feel this smashes the last one out the water. So soz about that, I’ve never really done that before. But enjoy! 𝙂𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙙 🍔🇮🇹 Lets not beat around the bush, the Topolino from @baggioburger has been my favourite DIY kit yet. It IS one of my favourite burgers around anyway, but after not eating it for maybe nearly 2 years 🥵 it reminded me of how amazing it is. Garlic and balsamic beef patty, mozzarella, Gorgonzola, Parmesan, fig jam, rocket. FULL of flavour. That Gorgonzola is BEAUTIFUL. The fig jam adds a perfect balance of a sweet touch against the strength of the blue cheese, then the rocket comes in with a peppery hint to cut through. Top tip: don’t forget to read the beef prep section at the top of the instructions.
