This Christmas Brie Dip is a fun and tasty appetizer that is great for holiday parties. The smooth Brie cheese goes well with the sweet cranberry sauce, the crunchy pecans, and the fragrant rosemary.

Ingredients: 1 wheel of Brie cheese. 1/4 cup cranberry sauce. 1/4 cup chopped pecans. 1 tablespoon honey. 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped. Crackers or bread for serving.

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Place the Brie wheel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread cranberry sauce over the top of the Brie. Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over the cranberry sauce. Drizzle honey over the top of the pecans. Sprinkle chopped rosemary on top of everything. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and gooey. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve with crackers or bread for dipping.
