Ingredients: 1 wheel of Brie cheese 8-10 oz. 1/4 cup chopped nuts such as pecans or almonds. 2 tbsp low-carb sweetener such as erythritol or monk fruit. 1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup. 1 tbsp melted butter. Fresh berries optional, for serving. Crackers or low-carb vegetables optional, for serving.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Place the Brie wheel on a parchment-lined baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix the chopped nuts, low-carb sweetener, sugar-free maple syrup, and melted butter. Spread the nut mixture evenly over the top of the Brie wheel.
