My favourite pre workout meal 🤗

What a disappointing dinner! Was meant to be lemon and garlic chicken with potato salad but everything seemed to go wrong! I didn't have a grater for the lemon, my rosemary smelt funny and I needed to grill the chicken but I don't have a grill pan! Still, I worked around it but then got the chicken out and it had gone all purple and disgusting and that was the last straw! As I'd cut up everything already, I decided to carry on and eat the potato salad but it was disgusting! I'm not a great fan of green beans and the fat free vinaigrette was horrible! Should have just had the potatoes and tomatoes! At least the fibre one brownie was yummy! Warmed it up a bit too long but was still amazing after the shit day I had!
