Enfp experience #1
Using Fiās āsearch for selfā to cope with Siās pain from the past (thus, looking like an infp)
This post is for my own understanding but if youād like, tell me if Iāve gotten anything wrong.
Fi-Te: the ability to absorb information and label said information good/evil or right/wrong; innate sense of what is harmful and/or helpful to the world; cancels out opinions based on whatās more or less bad for them; innately knows what can and cannot help others
Ti-Fe: the ability to absorb othersā perspectives and label those perspectives as true/false or accurate/inaccurate; innate sense of objective reality and understanding the world in a new way; cancels out opinions based on whatās more or less true to them; knows what action to take after weighing various opinions
Being a Fi is hard.
fe vs fi :)

Fi and Fe (Part 2)
*walking in the middle of Times Square*
*Fe gets shoe stepped on, the man didnāt apologize*
Fe: Ugh, I hate that guy! You know what? Heās probably a jerk to a lot of other people too.
Fi: What!? Because he stepped on your insignificant foot?
Fe: My foot is NOT insignificant! He saw me! He looked right at me! And he stepped on my foot! He didnāt even apologize!
Fi: Weāre in Times Square, for Godās sake! I doubt he even realized you were there.
Fe: *stares at Fi* He. Looked. Me. In the. Eye. And stepped. On my. FOOT!
Fi: Doesnāt mean he noticed you. Noticing and seeing are two different things. Maybe he had something on his mind. I doubt he was being intentionally rude. Youāre exaggerating his behavior.
Fe: Why are you defending him? What about me? Your best friend here?!
Fi: Iām not defending him. How can I defend him when I donāt even know if he was being intentional or not? Listen, I get it. Youāre annoyed, but... Dude, he stepped on your foot. Does that really make you think heās an overall jerk?
Fe: YES!! Why donāt you believe me? Anybody who steps on feet without apologizing are rude and disrespectful. Iām gonna...*guy bumps into him without saying sorry*........... *silently screaming*
Fi: Hey, excuse me. You bumped into my friend here and heās about to throw a fit. Can you say āsorryā?
*guy turns around and sees them both but scoffs and continues on his way*
Fi: Rude much? Well, that guyās definitely worth raging over.
Fe: Fi, can I punch you?
Fi: Well, at least you asked before...*Fe takes a swing at Fiās arm*....Ow...!
Fe: Next time, believe me when I tell you someoneās rude! I donāt care what type of day theyāre having. Always ASSUME rudeness until proven otherwise! Iāll never meet that guy again, why should I care what day heās having?
Fi: Hmm, you have a point. But I still say itās childish to call them all rude.
Fe: *pinches Fi*
Fi: Ow!! Why do you keep hurting me?!
Fe: Sorry, Iām having a bad day.
Fi and Fe (Part 1)
Fi: I really canāt stand that guy. I donāt think heās trustworthy.
Fe: What? What guy?
Fi: *points to man standing at the corner of the street*
Fe: Whatās wrong with him?
Fi: I dunno. I just have a bad feeling about him. Maybe itās the way heās standing or the way heās darting his eyes back and forth. I dunno. What do you think?
Fe: Well, thereās a man over there also darting his eyes back and forth. And look over there, that man is also standing with his arms crossed. Whatās the big deal? How come you only focus on that guy?
Fi: Canāt put my finger on it. Maybe itās not the way heās standing or moving his eyes. Maybe itās something else. Thereās just something off about him.
Fe: You know, I never realized how judgmental you are. Iām gonna go right over there and say hi. His shoe is untied anyway; thatās an icebreaker, right?
Fi: Haha, whatever you say, dude. Be careful around him though.
Fe: *strolls over to the man and has a three-minute conversation with him; walks back to Fi after the man leaves* See, nothing to worry about.
Fi: He took your wallet. I literally saw him take your wallet while you were yapping about.
Fe: WHAT?! *checks pockets* THAT FREAK!! WHY DIDNāT YOU SAY ANYTHING?!!
Fi: I thought you knew. It was that obvious. Thatās your fault youāre so naive.
Fe: Sometimes I wonder why weāre friends.
Fi: Because you love me.
Fe: *grumbles* I hate you.
Fi: *smiles* Youāre so nice. Thank you.
Fucking Fi got me all fucked up Like damn dude can we chill? Can my Te get a chance? My ne? Or just literally any other cognitive function other than my overactive Fi, ffs?
