Ingredients: 1 cup cooked quinoa. 1 cup shredded red cabbage. 1 cup chopped kale. 1/2 cup shredded carrots. 1/2 cup edamame beans cooked. 1/4 cup sliced almonds. 2 tablespoons sesame seeds. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro. 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper. 1/4 cup sliced green onions.
