the genocide is fucking crazy bc at the end of the day it's so extremely xenophobic. like it is genuinely unthinkable for this to happen to a western or white-passing country. it would be shut down so quick
"you have three reasons for calling me:
you're bored (nothing is happening)
you need to tell someone about something clever you did (something good is happening)
something's wrong (something bad is happening)"
ok so all the time. all the time then. you're telling me he calls crowley All the time. what you're saying and what i am hearing is that they call all the time
ok here are all my thoughts on the finale before i fuck off forever. for me the main thing about that choice is that this is who crowley fundamentally is. that was the whole point they were trying to make with the conversation about him being the best angel. he was the only one who wanted better for humans and the only one who dared to ask questions. he wasn't upset with aziraphale in the final fifteen for not putting him over everyone else. he was upset because he didn't think change could happen BECAUSE he never got answers to his questions. i find the ending an inevitable consequence of him getting closure. he just needed the certainty that things could change but otherwise he would always have made that choice.
after that the in-another-lifetime ending was so predictable and i don't know yet that i personally like it but i think there is something lovely about it in the context of god's answer to aziraphale's question. it IS predictable. it makes her (us) smile. they are so meant for each other that even without the thousands of years of memories they ended up together anyway. even if people don't like the ending i think it is great writing in how all the justifications for it were explained in that bookshop scene
if aziraphale doesn't grab crowley by his gay little scarf in season 3 then what's the point. why does he even wear it. take that shit off if it's not important to the plot

i love how neil said crowley calling aziraphale "angel" isn't actually that endearing because it's like someone calling us "human". and we all collectively decided to completely ignore that
in every lifetime
happy good omens season 2 anniversary everyone <3
full comic and more under the cut
anyone wanna host a lil get together and watch good omens except we pause every 2 seconds and analyse the entirety of every scene and its environment? might take about 26 years to finish both seasons but hey if we work together
