My issue when I don’t do this is I keep stuffing and stuffing because I think the craving won’t go away if I don’t have loads. But sometimes it’s just giving yourself a little bit to get past the craving. If I don’t have anhthing at all then it never goes away.

I’ve been through it. That relationship where someone takes everything from you that you feel like you’re worthless afterwords. It’s taken me a long time to convince myself I’m worth it again.
