So this will be my first update for Monnnthsss.
Sorry about that. Life,huh?
Anyway, here’s a brief update health and fitness wise. I’ve been trying controlled fasting and will be doing some PT sessions as on Monday 22, so I’m looking forward to feeling healthier again. But for now, I’m just stoaked that I’m the lightest I’ve been in about 8 years. Maybe longer.

On the right is me from the other day, 10th June 2020. (16st, size 18).
I’ve tried a lot of things over the years but controlled fasting and going to the gym and working out, focusing on being healthier and enjoying being more active has been the main thing that’s worked for me.
If you’ve had anything that’s motivated you on your health goals, whatever they may be, feel free to message me it and help motivate me. Got a few more stone to loose before I’m happy but I’m excited for going further now. Well over halfway, the finish line is in sight.
