🔸Preparation🔸 With a sporadic day of coaching yesterday and an unexpected early start, I had to replace one of my whole meals with a shake as I was short on time and couldn't cook. Luckily I'd already prepared one of my meals in advance the day before (just in case). 3 whole meals, 2 large replacement shakes plus my pre, intra and post workout shakes meant I managed to still get my 4000 relatively clean calories in 💪🏼 #failtoprepare #preparetofail #shake
