Writing this down so I can come back to see my improvement
Things I want to improve about my art and art practices:
More defined and clear linework, I want it to have a polished look to it almost editorial-leaning
Having bold and more personal colors, experimenting with a reduced color palette
Drawing from imagination more often, without any reference at all, just me, my brain and my sketchbook, and maybe some music if I'm good...
Really improving my lettering skills
Drawing every day, and I mean every day, for real
Drawing outside more often even if I don't feel like it
Drawing on really big canvases and also doing elongated or diptych illustrations
Looking for more inspiration in physical media, going to public libraries for art books, graphic novels and illustrated books
Being more active on social media without forcing my art to fit into trendy stuff, I mean like doing fanarts of a certain topic that I have no interest in, just for the sake of getting traction
Making more fanzines, and short comics
Well that's all for now people I'll keep updating the list
The 5-Task Rule: The Only To-Do List System You’ll Ever Need (No Overwhelm, Just Action)
My to-do lists used to be endless. 15 tasks. 20 tasks. More planning than doing. 😩
Every night I’d rewrite the list. Every day I’d finish… maybe two things.
Then I discovered The 5-Task Rule — and it completely changed how I work.
Here’s the rule: You’re allowed only 5 tasks per day. That’s it.
Not “top 5.” Not “5 main + extras.” Just five.
Suddenly, everything got clearer. I stopped over planning, started finishing, and finally felt in control of my time. The small wins added up fast and productivity stopped feeling exhausting. ⚡
If your to-do list feels like a trap instead of a tool, this system might be exactly what you need.
💬 Reblog if you’re done with overwhelm. Follow for simple productivity systems that actually work.
Everyone needs a to-do app where the days are labeled: Yesterday, Today, Thisday, Thatday, Otherday, Someday, Nextday.
