So i went on a date on Friday (both of us waited until we got covid test results back to see each other). I drove nearly 2 hours to go see this person after working for a good part of the day and waking up early to get ready. I spend over an hour doing a full face of makeup and getting my hair right. And I had to fill up the gas in my car.
Well she never made any comment on my makeup or anything, I had to be the one to finally be like “hey we’ve been taking up the waiters booth for over 2 hours on a $20 bill”, (which she ordered water for me and didn’t ask if I wanted anything else after I got back from the bathroom...) and kept interrupting me during conversation
And then I had to basically be like, hey yo I’m not comfy with that when she asked me like 2/3 times if I wanted to drive around in her car or go back to her house after this being the first time we spent time together...
And now it is Tuesday and I officially have not heard from her basically at all the last two days after we had been talking all day every day. Like the chemistry was off but at least I was gonna try and talk to her about it 🙃
Also I had a better conversation with the girl who was telling me about their rewards program when I bought Funko pops for my friend.. like I literally had more fun listening to her tell me about getting 10% off than I did the entire meal
