Ingredients: 8 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar. 2 teaspoons smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 1 teaspoon salt. Wood chips for smoking.
Instructions: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade. Place the chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chicken is well-coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for maximum flavor. Preheat your smoker to 225F 107C and add the wood chips for smoking. Remove the chicken from the marinade and let it come to room temperature while the smoker heats up. Place the chicken thighs on the smoker grates, skin side up. Smoke for approximately 2.5 to 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165F 74C, basting occasionally with any remaining marinade. Once cooked, remove the chicken thighs from the smoker and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve the spicy smoked chicken thighs with your favorite sides and enjoy!

Ingredients: 4 cups boiled potatoes, diced. 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and quartered. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, artichoke hearts, red onion, and fresh dill. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, Dijon mustard, and white wine vinegar to make the dressing. Pour the dressing over the potato mixture and gently toss to coat all the ingredients evenly. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste. For the dressing:. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1 clove garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 400F 200C. In a mixing bowl, toss the cubed butternut squash with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper until well-coated. Spread the squash on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes or until tender and slightly caramelized. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. In a small skillet, toast the chopped pecans over medium heat until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, roasted butternut squash, dried cranberries, and crumbled goat cheese. Ingredients: 8 oz linguine pasta. 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped. 1/4 cup dry white wine. 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice. 4 tbsp unsalted butter. 2 tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional. Grated Parmesan cheese for serving.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook linguine until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Put 2 tablespoons of butter and olive oil in a large skillet and heat them over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about one minute, until the garlic smells good. If you want, you can add red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to the shrimp after you put them in the pan. About two to three minutes on each side, cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Take the shrimp out of the pan and set it aside. Put white wine and lemon juice in the same pan. Bring it to a simmer and let it cook down for about two minutes. Add the last two tablespoons of butter and mix it in until it melts. Put cooked linguine and chopped parsley into the pan. Toss the pasta in the sauce to cover it. Put the cooked shrimp back in the pan and mix everything together until it's all hot. Serve right away with grated Parmesan cheese on top. Have fun!

Ingredients: 300g cherry tomatoes. 2 tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 200g spaghetti. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp breadcrumbs. 1 tsp dried oregano. Fresh basil leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven up to 400F 200C. Toss cherry tomatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper in a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, or until soft and a little charred. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti until it's al dente according to the directions on the package. Remove the water and set it aside. Set the skillet over medium-low heat and add the rest of the olive oil. For about one minute, until the garlic smells good, add the minced garlic. Put dried oregano and bread crumbs in the pan. It will take about 34 minutes of stirring constantly cooking until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and crispy. Mix the cooked spaghetti with the breadcrumb mixture and roasted tomatoes until everything is well mixed. Add fresh basil leaves on top and serve hot. Have fun!

Instructions: In a bowl, mix ground beef, minced onion, salt, and pepper. Form mixture into 12 small patties. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 2-3 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. Toast slider buns on the grill for about 1 minute. Assemble sliders with a patty, a slice of American cheese, ketchup, mayonnaise, and chopped pickles. Serve hot and enjoy!
