Ingredients: 1 lb 450g thinly sliced beef. 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced. 1 cup fresh basil leaves. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 teaspoon sugar. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Instructions: In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and red pepper flakes. Set aside. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add the thinly sliced beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until it's no longer pink. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften. Return the cooked beef to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture.
