Yesterday I did a bit of tiny spinning on the nano. Almost through the first green section! I also plied the exmoor horn and spun up a sample of my next breed: lonk.
Today I had a great time spinning at the arboretum with friends! I did overdo it though so now I'm resting my arm and glad that tomorrow is already a planned rest day for me.

A new early-warning system in Ontario and Quebec may give residents the “critical seconds” they need to survive an earthquake. The Earthquake Early Warning System (EEW) that supports earthquake preparedness efforts in Quebec and eastern Ontario is now operational. The EEW system detects earthquakes by using a network of over 200 sensors, said Natural Resources Canada in a news release. These earthquake-detection sensors send timely alerts to mobile devices in affected areas.

a mini spinning project today - 11g each color, 0% chance I got them close to even lol. I have gotten a lot better at rejoining when it snaps though!

First rolag spinning project! I went ham with some color coordinating mill ends and made 38 rolags. Now I'm spinning and I may even make more rolags because I have more fiber. It's turning out so beautifully. I'm thrilled.
I was worried about long draw being too difficult, but it's been pretty easy to pick up after using a short forward/short backward draft for my previous two projects.
Sometimes when I am deep into reading on here, I realise the harsh truth that,
No man in real life could ever measure up to women's standards in passion and affection, love and want.
It's sad, disappointing as hell.
Can we make a petition so that men have to spend at least two years of active romance reading before pursuing dating?
They could at least learn the basics of what we want, so that we don't have to lower our standards for their incompetence.
Edit: The alternative could be dating women, but sadly I am het and i like dick, the alive one, too much.
