This is when Bumblebee takes back his mantle of Life Warden and inviting Windblade and Sari into his division. After that, the colonization of the Solar System starts as Life Wardens are in charge of terraforming/cyberforming and populating new worlds. Much Later, Echo and their cassettes join Life Wardens as well, making them 9.

You’re forgetting Extriverse Megatron is excellent at manipulation.

He could make himself out to be everything they aspire to be and wrap them round his servo, or twist it so the ones who see through him are terrible in the eyes of the ones who don’t and cause friction among them. At least enough to get out unscathed or make the unaffected Megatrons begin to question their own thoughts.

1. Allspark was bored. The end of this timeline was coming anyway, and sitting still inside the core of a dying planet until the doomesay isn't exactly its favorite thing to do.

2. Megatron asked for it, kind of. He had no idea what the Allspark actually was, so he wasn't expecting it to go straight for his spark when he asked for power to end the war quickly.

I did write it as a fic (had way more planned though, though I’ve wondered about doing some of it as a comic)

But currently they don’t know why people started corrupting or what originally caused it. It’s a mystery that people are trying to figure out. But it is something lingering in everyone and can potentially be triggered at any time. No one’s sure what causes it which mostly leads to everyone being suspicious of each other and growing more paranoid which is likely to lead to more people corrupting.

But when they corrupt... the first sign is vomiting up black bile, then the plating starts to change and they gradually morph into strange creatures. Everyone’s transformation is different, and they also gain some sort of additional power when they change. Starscream gets sonic screams, Ironhide gets invulnerable plating and Optimus is capable of controlling other corrupts.
