Honestly I hate that the Thundercat designs don't have ears. They're cat people and not a single one has ears, just poofy hair. Idk, when seeing a race of cat people you'd expect them to have ears but they don't and it wigs my out.

If I ever had to draw Thundercats for commission I'd want to give them ears, but would Thundercats fans rise up against me?

(Also I know Panthar is the exception, but jesus christ what happened there? He doesn't actually have cat ears but weird elf ears. His design looks terrible to me)

Also I am aware why it's all hair. It's cos they were inspired by the designs in Andrew Lloyd Webber's 'Cats'. That's literally the reason, but still I don't like them. Cats looks the way it does look appealing cos it's performed by humans imitating animals and we don't have pointy ears on the top of our skulls. And we now all know what it looks like when they tried to add that in with CG.

But the Thundercats are animated. They could just draw in ears. It's why the 2005 is just better with it's designs in every way. They gave them ears and actually drew them to look appealing to the human eye.

Also something I forgot to post for @skystarweek on here: My submission for Day 3 (Gift) is a new chapter of the Titan!Starscream AU!Having previously failed to gift Skyfire with a lavish party in his honour, Starscream goes for a different approach to give tribute to his cityspeaker.
