Species: Warwraith

Have you ever wanted to play as a sentient weapon rather than the one wielding it? The Warwraith is a new playable species for D&D 5e and D&D 2024. This species is heavily inspired by the Darkin from League of Legends but explores a completely different origin, where these ancient beings trapped within weapons are not necessarily locked into being chaotic evil destroyers of the universe.

Warwraiths originate from a forgotten empire that resorted to forbidden rituals to create soldiers capable of challenging the gods themselves. However, these soldiers ultimately became imprisoned within their own armaments for centuries, lying dormant until a curious hand reaches out to claim them.

What armament would you choose for your Warwraith's true form? A sword, a longbow, or perhaps a shield?

Back at it with "Fantasy Money"! I decided to give Harvey the Bow of Melodies. For those of you who don't know... look it up. It's a pretty cool weapon and the description is too long... Well, not as long as other D&D items, spells, feats, or stats.

Anyhoozle, I imagine Harvey wanting to live a normal life as he somehow ends up as an adventurer in a fantasy world. He doesn't want to hurt anyone, but he does have special weapons and items in case something goes wrong... again. I also imagine Harvey stashing potions of healing due to his past trauma and would even help people with both items and spells since I made him a support character if he decided to join a party.

Weapon (dagger), uncommon

“A knife, spoon, or fork made from the finest silver and taken from a set of silverware gifted to a royal fey court.”

You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

When you cast a spell that restores Hit Points, you can grant the target 1d4 + 1 Temporary Hit Points.

Fine Dining. If you use this magic utensil to consume food during a Short or Long Rest and expend Hit Dice to regain Hit Points, you gain Temporary Hit Points equal to the number of Hit Dice you expend plus your Constitution modifier.
