Some Otter character concepts! I felt like designing some otter characters, keep an eye out for seal and orca characters in the future! I thought it would be really cute to design an otter based off the ones that live off the coast of my home! We have 2 distinct types here. The River otter which many people know of. They’re smaller, got brown fur (will eat all the koi fish from local ponds) and can be found not just in rivers but also on the coastal estuaries! The second type is the Sea Otter, their fur is more dense and they are larger than the river otter. They feed mostly on sea urchins and other shelled sea food. They also have something called snack pockets where they store treats and their favourite stone they use to crack open shells!
