You and dico have never really argued like this, the only arguments in the past being fake ones about stupid things like what place had better fries or who did the best stunt on set today. So when you finally snapped on dico for being too "close" to another girl, his heart sank. He knew that you would've told him if it was really bothering you, but you didn't and seeing the way you were mad, it definitely bothered you like crazy.

“God dico, am I not enough?” You spoke, slightly loud but not loud enough for a noise complaint. Dico's gaze went from the floor, to his fidgeting hands before landing on you. He looked helpless, like he was about to cry. You looked down at him, and normally you would cave, feel bad for him and comfort him until he felt better. He couldn't bring himself to speak, knowing that he would lose the humorous demeanor he had and start whining and breaking down. All he did was look up at you as you kept ranting, his mind racing with possibilities.

“[y/n]– you know I only want you.” He spoke finally, the words coming out desperate and full of dejection. You stopped the pacing, looking down at him as your waterline filled with tears threatening to spill. “I know dico– but I just can't shake off the feeling, y'know?” You mumbled, tears beginning to drop down your face. “Don't cry baby, please.” Dico stood up, pulling you into a hug. “Promise me you won't leave me, angel.” Dico rubbed your hair as you cried into his chest. You nodded, but dico needed the words. He needed reassurance that you wouldn't leave him for the way he shuts down in fights, or the way he's loud. You lifted your head, looking up at him and backing up.

Dico looked at you, scared that you would go. Leave him for his antics and personality. But you didn't, you just grabbed his hand. “Promise me baby, please?” He mumbled softly, contrasting to his usual loud tone. You looked at his face, and spoke a soft “I promise you, baby.” which made Dico feel a million times better. He pulled you into a kiss, holding the small of your back. After pulling away, he smiled at you, taking in your beauty.

“I love you”

“I know you do, dico.”

“Say it back.”

“I love you too dico.”
