You may have noticed that I haven't been posting about Insanity, I should of started week 2 today... Truth is, I stopped doing it after day 4! I was constantly worried about not having the correct form and then could barely walk afterwards. I know that meant it was working, however when it hurts to sit on the loo I start to question whether its really worth it? So I quit, failed, gave up, what ever you would like to call it. I am determined I will not beat myself up about it, it wasn't for me so I need to move on with a new challenge. I think I might every so often throw an Insanity work out into the mix, to keep me on my toes. Now I'm wondering what next? Back to the gym I go, wish me luck!

Whats wrong with me?! My motivation lasts a whole second before I give up! :( I need to get back at this and NOT give up. Going for a walk later. Tomorrow I clean up my diet! no more excuses and no more lying to myself. Tried to buy pants 3 times this month and left each time disappointed and depressed. I'm sick and tired of feeling bloated and fat!
