I really love this little SW chart. Whether I get to 14 stone by March next year or not, to even see that as a possibility is amazing. I've learnt to accept and be happy with my own journey and the length of time it takes, it would of been lovely to lose all 8 stone in a year but I'm just happy with what I achieve weekly. I've lost 3 stone in 5 and a half months and actually I'm a little smug about that, go me! 😉☺
