Among other things, this would legally open up the death penalty to those who intercede - who provide aid and comfort - on behalf of Russia...

Instead of talking DEI, the conversation needs to be more focused on DIE. We need an Orange Scare that works for us!

This administration and those that support it - such as the New NAZIs at Heritage, Elon Musk Evil Incorporated, all of the PACs, and those cowardly candy-ass Billionaire & Business backers - need to be instantly on notice that they should be fearing for their lives - WHICH IS WHAT WE'VE BEEN DOING!

Under international law, America is at war with Iran. But who cares about international law in times of ‘I want what I want’ politics!

The procedure for declaring war must be distinguished from international law and is governed by the internal structure of the state. A declaration of war is a binding statement under international law, i.e. a communication addressed to other subjects of international law, which has as its object the declaration of a state of war between the states concerned. The form of the declaration of war is governed by the Hague Convention of the Hague Peace Conferences:

"Article 1.

The contracting powers recognise that hostilities between them may not commence without prior unambiguous notification, which must take the form of a declaration of war stating the reasons or an ultimatum with a conditional declaration of war.

Article 2.

The state of war shall be notified immediately to the neutral powers and shall not become effective for them until notification has been received, which may be effected by telegraph. However, the neutral powers cannot invoke the absence of notification if it is clear that they were actually aware of the state of war.

Article 3.

Article 1 of this Agreement shall take effect in the event of war between two or more Contracting Powers. Article 2 shall be binding in the relations between a belligerent Contracting Power and neutral Powers which are also Contracting Powers.
