I would always try to change and control everything around me but all it did was add stress because they were things outside of myself I had no business worrying about. (I don’t know what to call them. lol ) John made some tuna salad w/hard boiled eggs , I sliced up some tomatoes and put a bit on each. I blend my @sportsresearch MCT oil up in my coffee first add my @premierprotein Vanilla shake topped off w/ half-and-half. - - - One of MANY @lacroixwater through my day. - - I made some more jalapeño poppers. I added the leftover beef I had to the cream cheese.
