Ewefall’s conditions are harsh due to the cold and snow.

Marchosias sees that it is abandoned, in ruins, and Godless so she moves in.

Marchosias found a way to create Charged Shards, but the power was uncontrollable.

Her earliest test subjects died due to this.

Marchosias doubles down on freeing people from cults and says that she hates the Gods.

Lamb is actually infertile in their current state. But they already have an adoptive daughter. Her name is Truful, and she was the first child born into the cult. She's fully grown by the time the story of Pantheon starts, and she will be a fairly prevalent character in the coming chapters.

But Lamb and Narinder raising children together will be a future plotline. It's more so co-parenting, since they still won't be a couple by then.

I have answered this question before, but I suppose that I should specify that Lamb has a dead name they used to go by before they became a crown bearer.

It was just another part of their village's oppression of their gender identity, so it can be rather triggering for them to hear. Thus... The raging death-cat boyfriend.
