Am I the only one uncomfortable with "alter" in description of endogenic / plural systems?;
especially interchangeably amongst more modern, inclusive variants? (e.g. 'headmate').
I'm not anti-, I'm not gonna be a bitch if endos reply and explain this from their perspective.
I'm well-aware that my discomfort won't change anything; I'm conscious that I'm biased;
"alter" in the context of CDD treatment is honestly intense in its history.
And, in adjacence, the cultural meaning - "evil alter", anyone?
Of course, it's short for "alternate personality / state". I hope people understand I'm trying to talk about the connotation of the term & its use is medicine.
It always throws me off when I see endo posts using "alter".

if a noun to describe dissociative identities pops up again... I'll be using it.

its mainly about hisana..i dont understand why hisana didnt look for rukia during the 5 years of marriage with byakuya before she died?? She only told byakuya to "look for rukia" in her deathbed. It has been a while since i watched the soul society arc so i may be wrong in some context but it doesnt matter if hisana was looking for rukia or not when she alive once married to byakuya..IT SHOULDNT HAVE TAKEN THAT LONG TO FIND HER RIGHT? ๐ญ if hisana did look for rukia, it definitely wouldnt have taken 5 years when byakuya found rukia within 1 year after hisanas death..?? Idk..something is off..

This changed baby me's braincells. Love Bruce drawn like this. I love the colors and tone, I love how the panel is laid out! The suit is my overall favorite. (I won't denied there is a certain charm to the gray-blue era but I'm a simple woman)
I love extrapolating things that the writers probably didn't intend. But the way Bruce represses his emotions due to the fact that Bruce, at this time, can't really see himself as a victim due to many reasons (self-hatred, the before events, the overall trauma), so he paints himself with the same brush as Killer Croc. Just Bruce splitting on himself, he can't see the nuance in himself.

I do like the parallels with Bruce's and Helena's characters (reminds me I need to finish Huntress Year One). *whispering* the self-hatred Bruce exudes and Bruce kinda projecting on her.
