Now that we have the BraveByers universe may I propose that all the gates the Byler community has come up with are alternate universes of how Byler canonically got together .
All the different Mike and Willโs being flabbergasted that our Mike and Will arenโt together and form an alliance to get them together.
Into the bylerverse has a nice ring to it

Dinogate??? ๐ฆ๐ฆ (let me cook and look insane thank you. PLEASE read this insane ramble I just had!)
(haven't seen anyone talk about this yet btw) So, I noticed a dinosaur figure in Will's room in S4 a while ago, but I kinda brushed it off... until I started connecting the dots. Where else do we see dinosaur toys? That's right. At Mike's! (And these two look kinda similar lol๐)
The show has been showing us Mike's dinosaur toys since S1 (hi dinosaur Rory!๐) all the way through S4 โ they're in his room or down in the basement.
And guess what? Little kid Will's room had them too (like in S2)
(OH MY GOD. Okay, writing this post just made me realize something else โ the dinosaur in Will's room in S2 looks like a brachiosaurus (correct me if I'm wrong!), and it's kinda bluish... and Mike has what I think is also a brachiosaurus in S3, but it's YELLOW... I literally had to turn up the brightness on my screen to be sure about Will's, and it's definitely a blue-ish tone. THIS IS FUCKING INSANE.)
I know, I know, they're just toys, lots of kids have them. But hear me out. Let me be insane. JUST IMAGINE: We all know Mike and Will have been friends since kindergarten, right? Imagine little Mike and Will playing with these toys together when they were kids. OR, what if one of the dinosaurs was a gift from little Mike to Will (miwi๐ญ)? We know the Byers weren't well-off, and Mike had a ton of toys (especially dinosaurs! they show us that). And when Will had to move to California at the end of S3, he took one with him (maybe the very dinosaur we see in S4 was a gift from little Mike ๐ฅน). A toy that reminds him of Mike and their childhood. And when he unpacked in his new room, he placed it right where he could see it, as a core memory of Mike. I'M SOBBING ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ God.. I wish I could draw. I'd draw little Mike and Will playing with these dinos in a heartbeat. Or the moment Will unpacks in his new room and finds it, all those childhood memories rushing back... you could've given us that much budget and we wouldn't have needed a quarter of it to create the most breathtaking ending where love truly defeats fear and not one homophobic asshole could've said a single word about it because it'd be that good of a finale
we wouldn't have even needed to change stuff from the previous seasons because WE HAD AN EXPLANATION FOR EVERYTHING. it was clearly set up, whether intentional on your part or not doesn't matter
instead you used ai slop (at least on the credits with HEROES playing in the background, how dare you, assholes) and put it all to waste. now go ahead and claim you "needed to block out the noise" and "write the story you've planned from the start" on interviews. you shot yourselves in the foot and ruined the whole franchise while shamelessly monetizing off of us freaks and outcasts

WSQK and the rainbow striped blue van red logo outlined in yellow that byler tie themselves to ran by the only other queer character that is going to drive me into conformitygate colorgate psychosis.
