Enjoy the rich flavors of Coldstone's Founder's Favorite at home with this recipe. To make a tasty treat, you mix smooth vanilla ice cream with chunks of brownie, crunchy pecans, gooey caramel sauce, and chocolate chips.
Ingredients: 2 cups vanilla ice cream. 1/4 cup pecans, chopped. 1/4 cup caramel sauce. 1/4 cup chocolate chips. 2 tablespoons brownie chunks.
Instructions: Let the vanilla ice cream get a little softer. Put softened vanilla ice cream, chopped pecans, caramel sauce, chocolate chips, and brownie chunks in a bowl. Mix everything together well. Put the mixture in a container that can go in the freezer. Freeze for at least two hours, or until it is firm. When the ice cream is frozen, put it in bowls or cones and serve right away.
