The blue-maned creatures are a species in the Far Frozen called "korikirin", or "bluemanes" more simply.
As for the cat, I like to imagine that the spirits of stray cats that succumb to the elements in the living world find a new home in the Far Frozen, where the elements can no longer hurt them.
do any other bharani ascendants/moons/maybe even venus placements like tight clothing? since the nakshatra is about burdens, restriction, etc. i wonder if this gives natives a propensity toward tighter, more restrictive clothing (corsets, tight shapewear, ordering clothes a size or two too small, etc.)
this is one of my all-time favorite monsters from Yu-Gi-Oh! (Magician of Black Chaos). yes because he does look cool in general, but also because i remember as a child admiring his outfit and wanting to be wearing the same bondage-adjacent costume, especially with all the buckles and the harness..
