Non è il sistema sanitario, de-finanziato e privatizzato, a non funzionare; non sono i folli decreti che, da una parte, tengono aperte le fabbriche (e addirittura incentivano con un bonus la presenza sul lavoro), e dall’altra riducono i trasporti, facendo diventare le une e gli altri luoghi di propagazione del virus; sono i cittadini irresponsabili che si comportano male, uscendo a passeggiare o a fare una corsa al parco a inficiare la tenuta di un sistema di per sé efficiente.
