This recipe combines the Southern flavors of fried green tomatoes and pimento cheese with classic beef hot dogs, resulting in a delicious and unique twist on a traditional favorite.
Ingredients: 4 beef hot dogs. 4 hot dog buns. 1 cup pimento cheese. 1 large green tomato, sliced into rounds. 1/2 cup cornmeal. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 cup milk. Vegetable oil for frying. Optional toppings: chopped scallions, hot sauce.
Instructions: Preheat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat for frying. In a shallow dish, mix cornmeal, flour, salt, and pepper. Dip green tomato slices in milk, then coat with the cornmeal mixture. Fry the coated green tomato slices in the preheated oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, cook the beef hot dogs until heated through and slightly charred, about 5 minutes. Toast hot dog buns lightly in the skillet. Spread pimento cheese on each bun, place a hot dog on top, then add a fried green tomato slice. Optional: Add chopped scallions and hot sauce as desired. Serve hot and enjoy!

You can enjoy the gourmet goodness of Slow Club's burger without leaving your house. It's a classic favorite because it has a juicy beef patty, melted cheddar, and a bunch of tasty toppings.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup diced onions. 2 cloves minced garlic. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 burger buns. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 tomato slices. 4 pickle slices. 4 tbsp mayonnaise. 4 tbsp ketchup. 4 tsp Dijon mustard.
Instructions: Put ground beef, diced onions, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Combine well. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Warm up the grill or pan on the stove over medium-high heat. The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. At the very end of the cooking time, sprinkle cheese slices on top. Toast the burger buns briefly on the grill or in a toaster while the burgers are cooking. Put the burgers together: Put some mayo on the bottom bun and then put a lettuce leaf on top. Then add a cheeseburger patty, a tomato slice, a pickle slice, and some ketchup and Dijon mustard. Add the other half of the bun on top. With your favorite side dish, serve right away.
