After the oven is hot, roast the chicken for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping it over halfway through, or until it's done. Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta until it's al dente while the chicken is roasting. Take the chicken out of the oven when it's done and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, cut it into strips. Slice the chicken and add it to a large bowl. Add any juices from the baking dish and fresh parsley. If you want, you can add more lemon zest and parsley on top of the hot dish.
