This low carb walnut bread is a delicious and chewy alternative to traditional bread. It's gluten-free, keto-friendly, and packed with healthy fats from almonds and walnuts.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups almond flour. 1/2 cup ground flaxseed. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 4 large eggs. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 tsp apple cider vinegar.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and grease a loaf pan. Ground flaxseed, chopped walnuts, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt should all be mixed together in a bowl. Add the eggs, olive oil, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar to a different bowl and mix them together using a whisk. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them well until you get a thick batter. Put the batter into the loaf pan that has been greased, and use a spatula to smooth the top. After the oven is hot, bake the bread for 35 to 40 minutes, or until it is firm and a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan. Then move it to a wire rack to finish cooling. Cut up your low-carb walnut bread and enjoy it! You can put it on sandwiches or eat it as a healthy snack.
