What do you want after a long exam?

For me it's buying 3 packets of different chips

Mixing them together, crushing them a little and relishing with the two of my closest friends!!!

That's not really a chaat though, as it lacks so many more ingredients lol

Chaat Platter and Samosas

Chaat is a type of savory street food served with sweet, tangy, and/or spicy sauces. There can be various types of chaat--this is a Dahi Papdi Chaat, which has a dahi or creamy yogurt base and four chutneys drizzled over it--mint, coriander, tamarind, and sweet tomato. Other ingredients include diced boiled potatoes, boiled chickpeas, soaked black chickpeas, and chopped red onions, tomatoes, and coriander leaves. It is lastly topped with pomegranate seeds, a sprinkle of aloo bhujia or crispy snacks made with gram flour and potato flour, and papdi or round crispy crackers. A few roasted and powdered spices are also sprinkled all over like cumin, chaat masala, garam masala, and my special masala for Indian snacks! It is a very refreshing snack in summer. I couldn't believe how quickly this whole platter was finished by guests!

Samosas are crispy, deep-fried pastries filled with spiced potatoes and other vegetables. They can be eaten individually or in a chaat, which would then be called Samosa Chaat.
