𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 | Last week @eastlondonfoodiegirl hosted an event at @brindisaspanishfoods new private dining room in their Battersea to try out the new £35 set menu running every weekend in feb and March for the Calçotada menu. A calçot is kinda like a spring onion which you dip in romesco sauce (which is incredible btw) and is a Catalan tradition, along with drinking wine from a Porrón, which you can see me mastering in my video. The main is roasted half chicken, white and black butifarra sausages, flame roasted veg, crinkled potatoes, and sourdough with aioli. For dessert you have a Catalan creme brûlée called crema catalana. There’s also a vegan menu available. Thanks to @eastlondonfoodiegirl for organising and @brindisaspanishfoods for having us! . . . . . . #brindisa #spanishfood #catalanfood #calcots #porron #battersea (at Tapas Brindisa Battersea) https://www.instagram.com/p/B8q8cwzH56o/?igshid=1ci7o7jtejtrd
