They almost have to be "snuck" in which really makes you work hard to make sure you don't go over time. However, keeping your form is still the main importance. Always. Abs: minimal equipment and small space approved!!! 1. Ball pass x 10: any ball works. Lay on ur back holding the ball overhead, bring your legs up and place the ball btw them, lower down. Then reverse it. 2. Plank hold: 30sec 3. Jump rope knee tuck crunch x 10: sounds complicated but its not. Lay on ur back and hold the jump rope over head, length a little wider than shoulder width. Come up into a tuck throwing the rope so it goes under your feet, then reverse it. Otherwise just do knee hugs! 4. Plank hold: 30sec 5. Slow bicycles x 10alt: slow I mean count 3 seconds per side. Try not to put your feet on the ground. 6. Plank hold: 30sec 🤗🤗🤗🤗 *** 7. Buy out: 1min flutter kicks. (Do not arch your back!!! Pull the abs in and back flat) You can make this 2 rounds or an 8 min ab challenge, whatever you want!
