First of all we should say thanks to my good pal @norathewitchling for motivating me to learn something xd. Many may already know that i don’t know much of divination, I have my pendulum and i know scrying, no more. Do i wanna learn tarot/runes/etc? OBVIOUSLY, i dream with having a tarot deck.
But i can’t.
So here is another post of “let’s learn discrete divination with Roy 101″
What is tasseomancy or reading tea leaves?
Have you seen Harry Potter? If you have, you may have seen that scene in which the teacher tells Harry that he is fucked up because of some tea leaves. And yes, exactly that is what Tasseography is.
*this is kinda of a long post so stick with me please xd*
How do i read the tea?
First prepare yourself tea, if you can do it in a white/light colored cup that would be even easier for you.
Before drinking, try to meditate or clear your mind. Also trust your first impressions and don’t second guess, trust the process.
You also should know that the cup splits into 3 parts, the rim, the side, and the bottom. The rim is the present of the person you’re reading to, the side is the events that are not too distant, and the bottom represents the distant future. If you wanna add even more detail, the symbols that appear near the handle have a great chance of being fulfilled.
If you’re reading to yourself you should concentrate in yourself, but if you’re reading for other person, the concentrate in the other person.
Drink the cup, thinking in the question you’re asking and when you’re done, you’ll see some symbols, letters, something, well those mean something.
Here’s an example by teausa
Here are some other posts about the positions when reading tea:

Well that was itttt! Hope it helped something, and good luck my kids!
Want to make some spells jars but the jam ones are too big and you can’t afford to buy little ones? Worry not!
Just reuse some plastic containers, for example this nail polish remover. You can decorate it or paint it the way you want/need to or if you wish to be discrete just leave the label, (at first sight) no one will suspect about a nail polish remover so you can carry it on your bag or purse!
I started today as the Queen of Swords, and now I’m the Crone. Threw out my back and cannot move without my cane. Any healing vibes you’ve got to spare 😂
So, NaNoWriMo started so i can’t really plan big things like my old posts, so ill be addressing some misconceptions i have seen in the witchy community, and one of them is “do you need things to be a witch or do witchy things?”
mmm no.
I had a friend that didn’t protect his house because he didn’t have herbs or crystals so he thought he couldn’t, because of that he had some spirit problems and i had to kick in and help him ;-; MISTER YOU HAVE BEEN A WITCH LONGER THAN ME YOU SHOULD KNOW THISSSS
but is okay because i love dealing with spirits xd.
Well, he also told me other day that he could not do some random spell because he didn’t have a type of crystal the spell said he needed so he couldn’t and boohoo.
Well my beautiful kids, you don’t need shit to be a witch. You don’t need crystals or herbs for protecting yourself against entities, you don’t need tarot cards to do divination, you just need yourself ;-;
I only have like two crystals and a pendulum (that is literally my protection necklace but counts) and with that i work.... LIKE DAMN GUYS THERE IS LITERALLY NO EXCUSE FOR NOT WARDING YOUR HOUSE!
Yes, for some it might be difficult work and feel energy (because if you don’t have physical things you will probably have to work with energy) and same because i struggle a lot with energy, but with practice im sure you can!
You don’t have things to ward your house? My dear my darling, a sigil works, literally a sigil can ward your house like a spell jar if you charge it properly.
You wanna do a spell but you only have water a rock and a plant? Adjust the spell so it works with what you have! I do spells through painting and they have worked...
In divination, there are online things of tarot and pendulums, and if you don’t like technology there are other ways. You can literally do divination with the sun, the clouds, water, etc etc etc.
Conclusion? You just need yourself and a little bit of creativity, no one craft is the same as yours, just experience and attach to what is better for you! Stay safe <3

I'm having one of those overwhelming chronic pain days where all of the parts of me that make up the whole feel disconnected from each other, and none of my usual grounding activities are helping me pull it all back together again. I haven't been able to sleep much in the last few days, and I was fast losing my grip on my mental state.
I had a full ritual planned for today, but I couldn't focus and sit comfortably enough to connect with King Belial in the way I wanted to no matter how I tried to adjust things to make it work. Frustration and despair were dragging me down hard and fast.
So instead, I decided I had to give myself a quiet rest day or risk breaking myself. I lit some incense and a couple of candles and curled up in bed with a pot of tea, a joint, and a book. As I was sitting here trying to ignore the pain and immerse myself in my peaceful space, I felt the sensation of a strong energetic presence enveloping me, unseen arms wrapping around my waist to hold me close, anchoring me in place in a way that was soothing rather than restrictive.
It was a beautiful and much-needed reminder that even when I feel at my most broken and incapable, even when I can't undertake my full ritual from beginning to end, he's with me. He grounded me when I couldn't ground myself, and I was finally able to shut my mind down enough to breathe freely again. Words can't describe how intensely grateful I am to him.
