🇮🇹🇬🇧 🇮🇹 𝙉𝙄𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙀 𝙋𝙀𝙍 𝘾𝘼𝙎𝙊 La Borgogna sostenibile di Agnès Paquet, una Cantina intercettata per caso (io non credo al caso) proposta da @grandi_bottiglie Mi ha intrigata subito perché al comando c’è una Donna coraggiosa che decide di prendere in mano le redini della tenuta di famiglia, conferitori di uve, nel momento in cui si decide di vendere tutto. Agnes diventa enologa, comincia a produrre i suoi vini e nel 2019 ottiene la certificazione biologica. La Borgogna sostenibile anche nel prezzo, e così ho deciso di provare e sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa! Il suo BOURGOGNE ROUGE HAUTES COTES DE BEAUNE 2020 si è rivelato davvero amabile nella sua giovane eleganza! Un vino pulito, preciso e godibile da subito, con il Pinot Noir che resta didattico e riconoscibile nei suoi sentori di fragoline e frutti di bosco, marasca, e una delicatissima spaziatura di pepe bianco. Un vino che evolve nel calice e tira fuori nel tempo una struttura aromatica complessa e variegata… ma si fa bere e la bottiglia finisce in un lampo! Se volete bere bene senza indebitarvi come faccio spesso io, questa bottiglia fa al caso vostro! 🇬🇧 𝙉𝙊𝙏𝙃𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝘽𝙔 𝘾𝙃𝘼𝙉𝘾𝙀 Agnès Paquet's sustainable Burgundy, a Winery intercepted by chance (I don't believe in chance) proposed by @grandi_bottiglie intrigued me right away because there is a brave Woman in charge there! Agnès decides to take over her family's estate, grape-growers, when they decide to sell the property. She studies oenology and becomes a winemaker herself, and in 2019 obtained the organic certification. Sustainable Burgundy also in the price, therefore I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised! Her BOURGOGNE ROUGE HAUTES COTES DE BEAUNE 2020 turned out to be truly charming in its young elegance! A clean, precise and immediately enjoyable wine, a didactic Pinot Noir with its hints of wild strawberries and berries, morello cherry, and a very delicate spacing of white pepper.
