Thank you for the submission! Could you send more pictures from different angles? It's hard to identify with just one. However, I can go ahead and say I don't think it's a tooth. The fissures and irregular surface hint towards it not being bone at all, rather some kind of shell or fossilized coral. That's all I can say based off this one picture.

Check out this little bub! This is an Anole lizard. 🐉 The cranium is spine are so wonderfully preserved and the pelvis is (remarkably) intact. There is a bit of soft tissue left on the skull including the lens of both eyes.
