Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour. 2 tsp baking powder. 1 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup fresh blueberries. 1 1/2 cups buttermilk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 large egg. 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Mix the sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour in a large bowl with a whisk. Mix the fresh blueberries into the dry ingredients slowly. Put the egg, vanilla extract, melted butter, and buttermilk in a different bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together just until they are mixed. Do not mix too much. Once the loaf pan is ready, pour the batter into it. After the oven is hot, bake it for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Let the bread cool for about 10 minutes in the pan, then take it out and put it on a wire rack to cool all the way through. Cut it up, serve it, and enjoy!
