Prompt: Dis Manibus sequel drabble

This one comes from a very kind anon and I have to caveat this by saying it's HARD to write a 100-word sequel, especially to a fic I've already sequeled in my head. Blinking at the ceiling, Luke forgot for a blissful second the reality in which he’d fallen asleep.

Then, remembrance.

The frantic comm from Lando, hours to get the authorities to take them seriously. Leia’s face when he’d explained the bizarre story. The aching tightness in his chest realizing Pryce had really disappeared.

No one knew a thing.

No comm. No note.

No trace.

It didn’t make sense. She had overcome the haunting, found life after Ansion. Luke couldn’t believe melancholy lured her to seek reunion with Thrawn. Pryce was stronger than that.

Or maybe Luke just wanted her to be...
