Pillsbury Grands! biscuits make the perfect base for a sausage and egg waffle taco. This savory and sweet breakfast treat is easy to prepare and sure to satisfy your morning cravings.
Ingredients: 1 can of Pillsbury Grands! biscuits. 4 sausage patties. 4 large eggs. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooking spray. Maple syrup for drizzling optional. Sliced scallions for garnish optional.
Instructions: Follow the directions that came with the waffle iron to heat it up. Cook the sausage patties in a skillet over medium-high heat until they are browned and fully cooked. Do this while the waffle iron heats up. Take it out and set it aside. Crack the eggs into the same skillet and cook them until they're done the way you like. Add salt and pepper to taste. Take it out and set it aside. Crack open the Pillsbury Grands! can and cut the cookies into separate pieces. Close the lid on the waffle iron and put a biscuit in it. Do what the waffle iron says and cook the biscuit until it is golden brown and fully cooked. Do this again with every biscuit. Put a biscuit waffle that has been cooked on a plate. Then, put a sausage patty on top of it. Finally, put a cooked egg on top of that. Add maple syrup and sliced scallions if you want to decorate. To make a taco, fold the biscuit waffle over the sausage and egg. Serve your Sausage and Egg Waffle Taco right away and enjoy it!
