Had some milk that was going to expire soon, so I made biscuits. I know I didn't make them in a cast iron skillet (I only have a grill pan and a baby cast iron), but improvising with this butter swim biscuit recipe was worth it. "All the ingredients point to tasty," said my husband. And yes, they're as tasty as they look.
