I got to try out @thebrekkyclub Pancakes At Home kit a few weeks ago and they were so good and so much fun! Well they did a lil Easter Special which @londonbylora got sent to her, so it was time for round 2! Easter may have come and gone but these are still available! The small things that give us the drive to get out of bed ..

These are by FAR the BEST #vegan #pancakes I have ever made. Every other #recipe I've tried has turned out gummy and weirdly thin and oddly a yellowish color? And like fine but not great, definitely not something I crave. These? Remind me of my childhood. I used to get up before my family on some Saturdays and/or Sundays and make a ton of pancakes (and sometimes muffins) for them from scratch so they'd wake up to hot and ready breakfast that we could share around the table. Both my parents worked and we of course went to school on the bus, so during the week we pretty much did our own thing for breakfast. This was something special that helped us bond and start the day in a great mood. And when I say these taste JUST like the ones I used to make, I-- Seriously, they're incredible. I found it on youtube and adapted it slightly, and of course I added some vanilla extract because how could you not, but I'm starting to crave these every now and then and I always have a good day when I make them. PANCAKE SUNDAY⁣ 🥞 ⁣ ⁣⁣ Thick, fluffy and loaded with protein. You’ve got to try whipping up a batch of these 😁⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ RECIPE ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 1 cup flour ⁣⁣ 1/2 cup quick oats ⁣⁣ 2 tsp b.powder ⁣⁣ 1 tsp cinnamon⁣⁣ 2 egg whites ⁣⁣ 1 cup milk (normal or almond)⁣⁣ 1/4 cup Greek yogurt ⁣⁣ 2 tbsp brown sugar⁣⁣ 1 tsp vanilla⁣⁣ 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen⁣⁣ Pinch salt ⁣⁣ 🥞⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ MAKE EM’⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ - Toss flour, oats, salt, b.powder and cinnamon in large bowl. In a separate medium bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Whisk in sugar and yogurt until well combined. ⁣⁣ ⁣ - Combine dry and wet and stir gently (go easy, don’t over mix). Add blueberries. ⁣⁣ ⁣ - Heat pan with some coconut oil or butter. Drop about 1/4 cup batter and cook for about 1 min. Careful on the flip but if you eff it up who cares!
