Hearty Beef Spaghetti Meat Sauce-Family Favorite
A convenient and flavorful beef spaghetti recipe cooked all in the same pot using the Instant Pot. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 onion, diced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 can 28 oz crushed tomatoes. 1 can 8 oz tomato sauce. 2 cups beef broth. 1 tsp dried oregano. 1 tsp dried basil. 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional. Salt and pepper to taste. 12 oz spaghetti noodles, broken in half. Grated Parmesan cheese for serving.
Instructions: Set Instant Pot to saut mode and brown the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Add diced onion and minced garlic, cook until softened. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes if using, salt, and pepper. Add broken spaghetti noodles, ensuring they are submerged in the liquid. Close the Instant Pot lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes. Once done, perform a quick release, carefully open the lid, and stir the spaghetti. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
